Inking on Scrapbook Pages

One of the best ways to make your scrapbook pages jump of the page is to add a little ink around the edges of the layers of the papers. 

In this scrapbook page I used the Locomotive Surface ink on every picture and paper edge to help separate each layer from the one under it. 

The ink really helps make a difference and adds a little something to the page.

Here is a video on how I made the patriotic layout.

In this layout I used the Cornflower Surface ink and also the Cornflower mists to help everything pop!!
