Spring has Sprung!

Spring has Sprung!

Hello Crafters, today the weather is beautiful and I am inspired to make a Spring card using the Hello Spring stamp set.

Supplies:

Brutus Monroe Cardstock:

  • 6x6" card base
  • 3.25 x 3.25" Alabaster (110#)

Brutus Monroe Mixed Elements Paper Pad - Midway

  • 2.5 x 6" Corrogated paper
  • 3.75 x 3.75" Dark blue burlap

Brutus Monroe Hello Spring stamp set

Brutus Monroe Gradient Chalk Ink - Cactus

Brutus Monroe Premium Chalk Ink

  • Cornflower
  • Cabbage

Brutus Monroe All Purpose Glue

Pop Dots

Recollections Enamel Dots (green)

Step 1 - Stamp various leaves from the Hello Spring stamp set on the left side of the card base in Cabbage ink

Step 2 - Stamp flowers in gaps between leaves in Cornflower ink

Step 3 - Stamp Hello Spring wreath/sentiment on Alabaster paper square using Gradient Cactus ink

Step 4 - Glue sentiment layer to dark blue burlap layer

Step 5 - Glue corrigated paper to card base 1" from left side

Step 6 - Glue sentiment layer in center right of card base using pop dots to level out layer with corrigated layer

Step 7 - Add enamel dots to lower right

This card screams Spring to me.  Hope you all agree.

Enjoy, Adam
