Believe in Magic Mixed Media Art by Erin Reed
I love to combine items together and make something new and with this type of mixed media art being able to take found items, glue them together, gesso them, and then begin to reveal amazing texture with mists and paints just gives my creative side such joy.
I used the Brutus Monroe Chalk Shimmers in Phonebook and Rouge from the Spring Collection. I also added in some other Tattered Angels mists and paints in yellows, golds, oranges, browns, and reds.
Along the side of the piece I also added in stamps of the feathers from the Angel Wings Stamp Set with the Raven Detail Ink.
