I don't know about you, but I love to color, and put a beautiful floral image in front of me, and I'll just keep coloring. Hey all, it's Cassie, back with another card for you today. I'm using the Kind Floral stamp set that is new to Brutus Monroe, and if you haven't seen it. . .well, oh my goodness is it gorgeous! I stamped the florals onto a piece of alcohol marker friendly paper using some Raven Detail Ink. I hit it with my heat tool to ensure it was dry, since I stamped it more than once. Then I used my alcohol markers to just have fun coloring. For most of the flowers I stuck with 3 colors. . .a light, a midtone, and a darker shade.
I love that the image in this set is the size of an A2 card. After I was done coloring, I pulled out my Pearl Aqua Pigment and splattered that all over my image. There is just something about splatter that makes my heart flutter ;). Check out the shine that the Pearl color gives.
It was really that simple. One could stamp this out a bunch of times, and then color while sitting watching tv or listening to some music. In no time you'd have lots of card panels for cards! I hope this inspires you to want to do some coloring!
