Decorating Journal Pages

Decorating Journal Pages

Linda here to share about Decorating Journal Pages. I'm in a swap where we are to make individual journal pages for a Junk Journal Pages Swap. This was a perfect opportunity to pull out the Dreamcatching Stamp set and play.

Decorating Journal Pages

The idea was to make pages that are 7.25 inches tall by 10.25 inches wide and decorate for the swap. These had to have a pocket or tuck spot and at least one journal card. Since the dimensions were decided I knew I had an idea for how to make my pages and made up all that was necessary for the swap.

Once the pages were made it was time to figure out a decoration for each one. I decided to have the page and tag and a small tuck spot match for each page.

Here is a video showing the process of Decorating Journal Pages.

Decorating Journal Pages is a lot of fun! I love being able to make the pages while out of the book so I can stamp precisely what I want where I want.

My hope is that this will inspire you to create some journal pages for yourself to document the wonderful things that happen in life.
