Dimensional Greeting With Glitter Glaze
Hello Brutus Monroe friends and Fans! Jenn here today sharing a fun technique using stencils, glitter glaze, and fussy cutting to create dimension.
Brutus Monroe Products Used:
Floral Frames Stamp Set
Raven Detail Ink
Digi Drops Stencil
Glitter Glaze - Fallen Snow
Farmhouse Floral Paper
Other supplies:
Black cardstock
Tangerine cardstock
Foam Adhesive
Black and white crossgrain ribbon
This is a 5" X 7" card with a black base. There is a tangerine colored matte at 4 7/8" X 6 7/8" then a black matte at 4 5/8" X 6 5/8".
The Farmhouse floral paper pad was used two ways on this card. First I chose the striped sheet to create my background on and then fussy cut the blossoms from two other sheets in the set.
To add some glitz and glamor to my card, I used the Digi Drops stencil with Fallen Snow Glitter Glaze on the top and bottom portion of the paper. While the base was drying I stamped a Floral Frame and Sentiment from the stamp set in Black ink on white. The frame was fussy cut.
Once dry, I added my fussy cuts, a stamped image and sentiment along with the strips of ribbon.
Thanks so much for visiting the blog and viewing my post today! As always have an amazing crafty day!
Jenn
