Eat Cake

Hello everyone! It's Berina here today. I have a card using the Topsy Cakes stamp set.

I stamped the cupcake image 6 times and colored them with alcohol markers. I fussy cut all 6 of the cupcakes and colored the edges with a black Stylefile marker. I stamped the sentiment and cut it into a strip. I inked a piece of white cardstock with Honeysuckle surface ink from the center towards the edges. I adhered the sentiment and the cupcakes using foam tape. I colored the edges of an A2 card base with brown marker and adhered the white card stock panel with the cupcakes on to it with glue. Then I added some Nuvo jewel drops in pink color around the cupcakes and some silver ones on the cupcakes.

I love how easy it is to blend the surface inks. It gives a kind of dreamy background for the cupcakes.
