Get Ready with Adam this Holiday Part 1
Merry Christmas fellow crafters,
I am starting a series of projects centered around one Christmas stamp set. Each project will be showcased on four consecitive Sundays starting today. Hopefully these projects inspire you to create your own holiday theme. I am starting with the Christmas card, followed by gift tags, place cards, and finishing up with the often forgotten thank you card. The Brutus Monroe Yule Tide Greetings is the stamp set I have choosen to be the theme of my Christmas paper crafts this year. You can choose any Christmas set you wish and do the same type of crafts. Brutus Monroe has many different ones on their website.
Starting with a layer one (4"x5 1/4") of craft cardstock I stamped the different holiday stamps from the Yuletide Greetings stamp set in a random pattern on it in brown ink. Next I stamped the wreath, (all of you know how much I love me some wreaths) and fussy cut it out. (Can use a scan n cut also) I colored the wreath with Style File Markers and attached the wreath to the craft cardstock layer using double sided foam tape. Next I die cut out in red glitter stock a thin frame to go around the wreath. Finally, I cut out a green glitter card front layer to complete the look.
This could not be any simplier and quick to complete. This card could be made in an assembly line fashion to the disired quantity.
My idea in doing this series is to help crafters simplify their Christmas. I hope this helps. Please join me next Sunday for the next project: Christmas gift tags!
Enjoy
