Happy Fallidays!

Happy Fallidays!

Hello everyone! Today I'm creating my first fall project of soon to be many! Fall is my favorite time of year and creating this project today gave me all the warm-fuzzies. Today I'm using multiple pigment inks from my stash in green, red and brown to layer colors with the Plaid Tidings Stamp set to create the look of fall leaves.
I stamped the stems in the brown on top of the first layer.  Because pigment ink takes a little longer to dry, I set those aside to fully dry before I fussy cut them all out. While drying, I colored the truck from the farmhouse friends stamp with copics to go with the leaves. Once all of my pieces were dry, I layered the leaves on a slimline card to create a leaf pile, layering some on foam adhesive to pop off the page. I then tucked the truck into the leaves and stamped my sentiment on the top left with Raven detail ink. Lastly, I added a simple black border around the edge and a few wood grain sequins to bring it all together.
