Happy Retirement with December Stamp Club Set

For this project I decided to make a Retirement set. Earlier in the month I sorta took an early retirement in my day time career.  The business was sold and I no longer had a job. This has given me the opportunity to do more art! YEAH! Now I just need to find a way to make some money. lol.

So looking at the December Stamp Club Set the idea came to me, ah ha, Happy Retirement.

Pulled a few papers from Canvas Corp Brands - a mixed Media Pack. Some of the Chalk Shimmer mists from Brutus Monroe as well as the Liquid Elements. Embossing Powder, embossing ink and a few other supplies. Just love using the Tattered Angel Glimmer Mists with the Chalk Shimmer mists.

Did you know that fabric glitter paint works great on paper? I found this out years ago when I was making a ton of cards for a friend over 100 and we needed a lot of glitter glue and didn't like those tiny bottles as they went fast. I found Tulip Glitter glue in the fabric paint isle and have been using it ever since! Think outside the box when you are needing an art supply, you never know what you might find.

This card was pretty quick to make taking less than 30 minutes with all of the supplies I had on hand.

So with my new found freedom from the "corporate" world I'm celebrating my retirement with this fun stamp club set. Make sure you sign up by Nov 30, 2016 to get this set in December.
