Hi, Joy here today! Oh my goodness I have the cutest little mouse stamp to share and some envelope art! Receiving a card is always fun, but it's even more special when you get a matching envelope don't you agree? Here I have done two envelopes, so you can decide which one you like the best. The first envelope features the July Stencil and Stamp subscriptions and the second, just the stamp.
My A2 sized card uses Not Your Mama's card stock and Raven card stock. The little mouse stamped and masked so that Simon Hurley's Sike ink could be blended in the background, then it was colored with alcohol markers. The first envelope was created by drawing out the lined areas with a ruler and stamping/masking the stamp. I then ink blended Raven Detail ink through the stencil. Using Pixie spray kept the stencil nicely in place. If you haven't tried it yet, I highly recommend it. The second envelope was stamped with the mice hanging off the envelope to give the illusion they were popping in. Since I colored the images with alcohol markers, I did place a piece of card stock temporarily in the envelope to prevent the ink from bleeding through. I had such a fun time making these and hope you will give it a try too!
