Lovely Lady Bugs Stamp / Aqua Pigments
Hello today I am playing with the Lovely Lady Bugs Stamp set and the fabulous Aqua Pigments.
First, I took the Ladybug Roses 6x6 stencil that is a perfect complement to the stamp set and did some ink blending with distress oxides.
To enhance the color of the images I took a red aqua pigment and added shading and highlights to the roses, then a green to fill in those little leaves.
I cut the blended backgrounds down to create a fun element to add to my 12 x 12 layout.
I used the stamp set and all the fun little elements to create my own background paper that would coordinate and tie the entire layout together. Took the fun sequin mix and added those to the little flight pattern from the stencil.
Took the larger ladybug images stamped them out using the Raven detail ink and filled in the corners of my cental cluster.
Splattered the background with more aqua pigment a few strips of ribbon and this layout was done.
