March Release- "Be Unique"
Welcome to Day 3 of our March Release week! If you have missed days one and two, we'd love for you to stop by those posts as well, so you can see what our Inspiration Team has been up to with the new stamps!
Today's featured stamp set is "Be Unique". This set has some fun hipster animals and a few inspirational quotes. We love that it also includes some little clouds and raindrops so that you can easily create a scene around your images. These images are easily colored using our Surface Inks, colored pencils, markers, or anything else you prefer! Check out Marie's quick Stamp It Out video below to see all the images stamped out!
Marie Nicole created two cards that are almost identical yet each one features one of the characters. She stamped and colored the images with Prismacolor pencils, fussy cut them out, and adhered them next to a window on the front of the card that she die cut with a circle die. The background has color added using some ink blending, and the sentiment is stamped and embossed inside the card.
This next card from Adam is a great hipster looking card that combines the stamp set with the down pour stencil and sterling embossing powder.
The following card with a rainy day scene was created by Linda. She used Tattered Angels Glimmer Mists, Locomotive Surface ink and Chameleon Pens to create a unique Hipster Greeting card.
Here is Erin Reed's take on this fun stamp set, a fun and funky art journal page. The colored blocked background page leads for a fun take on the stamps by leaving them un-colored to help them pop off the page, it is also a fun pun on the be unique, as most stamps are colored now!
Nadine Carlier is up next with a "Gray skies are gonna clear up" card. She created a water like background with some Surface Inks and Squeaky Clean.
