March Release Kickoff- "Birthday Bears"
Welcome to our March Release Week here on the blog! We have several new stamp sets that will be available in the Brutus Monroe Store on Friday, March 17th. This week on the blog we want to feature one new stamp set each day leading up to the 17th!
Today's stamp set is "Birthday Bears." This set is full of sweet images of bears along with a few birthday related sentiments, a rabbit, and some little birds.Perfect for creating birthday cards, marking birthdays in your planner, creating shaker tags, water coloring, and more! Take a look at the quick Stamp It Out video below to see all the great images!
Our Inspiration Team has been working hard to bring you some inspiration projects to show you everything that is possible with this stamp set. First, we have some fun tags created by Marie Nicole. She used some Canvas Corp Ivory cardstock as the base for her tags, and then layered on some colors, embellishments, and the images from the stamp set that she colored with watercolor pencils. Each one is different, but they all coordinate! Two of them have a birthday theme to them, and one is just a general "hello" tag.
Next, Adam has created a fun and whimsical birthday card using the Brutus Monroe bear. He did an amazing job of building a fun background with lots of cloud die cuts, but still allowing the birthday bear to be the star of the show!
This next card created by Linda features a die cut and scrapbook paper for the background. She also used Chameleon Pens to color the images.
This next card is created by Nadine Carlier. She used several of the bears, and fussy cut them out so they could each peek through some windows on the front of her card that were cut out with circle dies. The bear images were colored in with Copic markers.
Next is Erin Reed with her cute little girl birthday card. Lots of geometric square cut for the background, then a pop of the stamped image it the ovals. A little coloring in the bear but she kept it mostly white to help it pop off the colored background.
We hope you have enjoyed getting a look at this new "Birthday Bears" stamp set! The set will be available in the Brutus Monroe store on March 17th. Our team has done an amazing job of showing off everything this set is capable of!
