Pick of the Patch/Nicole Martel
Good morning friends! Today, I'm sharing a clean and simple layout using this month's Fall Favorite Dies. I love this time of the year and one of my favorite things to scrapbook is Fall layouts.
To begin, I cut a 12x12 piece of patterned paper to measure 8x11 and white cardstock to measure 7 1/2x10 1/2 so that when both pieces are mounted together, I have the base of the layout with a nice border.
I punched the pumpkins, two maple leaves and the "thanks" sentiment using my Sizzix and Fall Fall Favorite Dies to use as embellishments for the layout. These dies are so pretty! I especially love the pumpkin and thanks sentiment. :)
I used lots of stickers all over the layout to help frame the photo and hide any unwanted images showing. The pumpkins worked great for the corner of the layout because three of us are wearing pants and two are wearing shorts, which looked weird to me for fall... So I tried to cover up myself so the photo wouldn't look so weird. :)
