Pipe Background
Hello Friends and Stampers,
Today I am working with a background stamp called Pipe Background by Brutus Monroe. It is perfect for a masculine card. Often we fret about creating something for the males in our lives. This card will work for any occasion based on the sentiment we use.
I started with embossing the background stamp in Brutus Monroe Sterling Embossing powder on gray card stock to create the pipes. I then fussy cut the pipes out. I popped up (attached) the pipes to a black card stock layer then placed this layer onto a Rinea Foil Paper layer in silver.
I embossed the sentiment from Break the Rules stamp set onto vellum in Brutus Monroe Raven embossing powder. The sentiment layer was embellished with metal gears and small sequins in silver that look like small gears adding to the overall industrial look.
The overall card is 6"x6" and the sentiment is approximately 2.5"x2.5".
