Pipe Background ATCs
If you caught November's new release items, you probably saw this new PIPE BACKGROUND STAMP. I think this stamp is so fun and playful! I decided to pair it with the SHINE BRIGHT set, which is a variety of light bulbs. The two industrial style stamp sets just go so well together, don't you think?
I stamped the PIPE BACKGROUND out on some kraft cardstock using EMBOSSING INK. Then, I heat embossed it with the PENNY EMBOSSING POWDER. On one of the ATC's I colored the pipes in with some silver Wink of Stella. The other ATC I just left the pipes uncolored.
I then stamped out a few light bulbs from the SHINE BRIGHT SET. I stamped the bulb once on plain cardstock and added a glow of color using some JACK-O-LANTERN and ZEST INK. I stamped the same light bulbs again on vellum and embossed them in the same PENNY EMBOSSING POWDER. Then I added the two layers together to form my light blub embellishments.
I then adhered the bulbs onto a butterfly die cut that is also colored with JACK-O-LANTERN, and has the wing tips embossed in some more Penny.
One of my ATCs has a vellum circle layered behind the butterfly, and the other ATC is just plain. I can't quite decide which one I like better!
Lastly, I stamped out the sentiments from the SHINE BRIGHT stamp sets on a strip of kraft cardstock and then added it to the ATCs.
