Stamp Roses Background with Brutus Monroe Embossing Ink and cover with black embossing powder. Heat set.
Spray Tattered Angels Glimmer Mists - True Turquoise and Party Pink. Use Heat tool to dry or air dry. Edge with Brutus Monroe Detail Ink - Raven.
On a scrap of watercolor paper stamp Hello Spring with Brutus Monroe Detail Ink - Raven. Trim to fit front of card 4.25 in.
Select bird image from Calico Collage Digital Image from Simply Spring digital images. Edge with Brutus Monroe Detail Ink - Raven.
Make a bow with Teal Crochet Thread.
