Halloween Box Card

Halloween Box Card

Hi,

Making a Halloween card in a thin box today. Started with creating the background layer. Stamped the Unity/Brutus Monroe brick background stamp with glue as a resist. Blended the red and orange inks over the resist to give the faint image of bricks.

Added black card stock to create the grass/ground and branch. Stamped the character and pumpkin and cut out and colored them using Style File markers. Attached to the background layer using foam dots for dimension.

Embossed the sentiment in orange onto the window part of the box card. Assembled the card so the receiver of this card will get a surprise when the card is opened and the box is revealed.

enjoy

I love this card! I spy a brick wall behind that little green face! Hehehe! Great card, you rock!
