Space Slimline for May Inspiration Box
This months Inspiration box is so fun! The stamp set has 48 pieces which makes for so many possibilities to reach for the stars on projects! For my card I chose a clean and simple slimline.
Starting with a Perfect Blend Slimline Precut card Panel and Raven Detail Ink, I created a stamped scene. Next i colored the two main characters in my stamped scene using alcohol markers. I cut the middle portion of my panel containging stars and the sentiment out and then fussy cut the colored characters.
Next, I chose a sheet of paper from the gorgeous Watercolor Galaxy 6 X 6 paper pad and trimmed it to 3 1/4" X 8 1/4".
This was adhered to a black slimline card base at 3 1/2" X 8 1/2" followed by the middle sentiment strip previously cut from my stamped scene.
This paper plays very well with the Inspiration Box theme this month.
