Super easy card made with sentiment stamps.
Hi Friends, Luisana here back with another card this week. This time around I have the easiest, simplest card that you can make in a squeeze of time.
For my card today I picked my favorite Brutus Monroe sentiment set “super sentimental” and I wanted to use as many sentiments from it as I could as a background for a birthday card.
I used several different surface ink colors to apply each different sentiment, I did use a stamping platform, just in case I needed to stamp it twice.
Surface inks isn’t something I had used before to stamp sentiments but I ended up pleasantly surprised to see how nicely they stamped each sentiment.
I arranged my sentiments in a way that was pleasant to look at but also at the same time would fit nicely next to each other.
By the time all my sentiments were stamped I trimmed my card 1/4 inch off in two sides. For my base I colored a piece of cardstock to 5.5x4.25 and I colored the edges blue with cornflower surface ink. I glued my front layer onto my base and that was it, my card was finished. Seriously guys, this card took me at most 10 minutes. The sentiments are just so pretty that I didn’t feel the need to add anything else to the front of the card.
Thank you so much for hanging out with me, I hope I was able to inspire you to create something pretty today. I will see you all again next week.
