Thanks for the Piles
Hello everyone! Sometimes, the things we are thankful for may seem weird. Last Easter, my daughter was thankful for her Easter Pile! You see, I lost the baskets so I had to improvise and make piles of candy.
For this layout, I used the Twine 12x12 Cardstock as a base for my layout. The Weathered Wood Paper Pad and Watercolor Galaxy Paper Pad had the perfect colors to compliment my photos. I die cut white Cardstock using the Eggstravagent Egg die and the Petals Die. I then used Glitter Glaze to create a background for the egg and painted the Petal die with the Creamy Aqua Pigment in Heather. I trimmed down the Petals die cut and then backed it with the Watercolor Galaxy Paper Pad. I used the Extra Sentimental Stamp Set to stamp "Thanks" along the top and under my photo strip. I painted in each letter with Sparkle Aqua Pigment in purple. After adding some letters from my stash and some journaling, I have a complete layout!
