How to use left over paper scraps.

Today we are doing a super simple card using DCWV paper scraps. Ever wonder if those small bits of paper have any use? Should you discard them? I say no! Small slivers of colorful paper make great border trim. Using the Brutus Monroe "Terry's Train" stamp set, I embossed the train in Brutus Monroe alabaster on a scrap of paper and flanked it with other scraps to create this perfect encouragement card.
